User Experience Information Specialist

This post sits within a developing User Experience team and involves building relationships with students and staff to plan, provide and promote a range of services to enhance the student experience. The main responsibilities of the role are to support and direct the Library student staff team in user experience activity, support the delivery of student communications to this area and to support ‘Library as Host’, organising and providing administrative support for online and in person events in the Library spaces.
