Open Research Information Specialist

This role is part of a specialist team providing support for excellent research and innovation practices at the University of Warwick.

The postholder supports the Open Access Officer in providing training, advice, and support for researchers on all aspects of Open Access policy and practice. They also support advocacy and awareness raising campaigns which ensure researchers are kept up to date with a rapidly changing landscape, in particular on updated requirements from both funders and future REF requirements.

The postholder works with the Research Data Officer on advocacy and awareness raising campaigns to ensure all researchers have a clear understanding of the principles and practice of research data management. They also support the delivery of training and advice for researchers in this field.

The postholder provides support across the team, managing and triaging enquiries and supporting a range of activities as required.
