Digital Experience Development Officer

This post sits within the Digital Experience Team within the Learner Services section of the Library. 

The postholder provides support for an outstanding student digital experience through a seamless digitally focussed service. This post will lead on developing intuitive online experiences with the student community, and to form and develop partnerships from within the University and beyond.    

The postholder will manage and co-ordinate the delivery of online user interactions with the Library - providing and promoting high quality, effective and student-focused services.  

The post leads on aspects of digital student communications and take responsibility for the development and delivery of interventions to support our student communities. They will lead on staff training and staff development in the digital space, supporting the concept of digital innovative Library. 

The postholder develops online services  through evidence-based research and delivery of a range of projects, programmes and related initiatives.
