Summary
This role is in the Customer Services team, within the Learner Services section of the Library.
To support the operational delivery and development of excellent frontline customer services, that support all the Library’s diverse customer communities. To support the provision of a high quality and inclusive first contact reception, enquiry, information, and support service via a range of channels – face to face, telephone, email and online.
