Academic Engagement Manager

The Academic Liaison Manager will lead a team of Academic Liaison Librarians, forging strong relationships with academic departments and faculty stakeholders. The manager's responsibilities include understanding teaching, learning, and research priorities, collecting and analysing feedback on library services, and collaborating with colleagues across the Library and Cultural Services (LCS) team to develop and promote services to meet current and future needs. The manager will also lead data-driven service and collection development and coordinate the Library Student Partner programme. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and liaison skills, the ability to influence and negotiate, and a flexible and creative approach to new opportunities and changing needs.
