Student Engagement & Employment Co-ordinator

The Student Engagement & Employment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing targeted student engagement programmes across UCC Library. This includes activities that support student belonging, wellbeing, and success, and initiatives that drive maximum usage and impact of library services. The role will lead and coordinate the Library’s effort to growing and expand student employment, internships and placement opportunities as part of the Library’s Students as Partners programme. The post holder will also work closely with library managers to ensure student employees and invigilators are deployed optimally across the entire library service function, as appropriate.
