SCURL (Scottish Confederation of University & Research Libraries) are seeking a consultant to scope out models for an open access press to be jointly operated and managed by the Scottish Universities who are members of SCURL. The work includes undertaking market research and exploring appropriate business & operational models. Submissions are invited in early March 2019, appointment will be made in April 2019 and a presentation will be made to the SCURL AGM/Away Day on the 5th June 2019.
