We are delighted to announce that the SCONUL Summer Conference for 2019 will be in Manchester from Tuesday 11 June to Wednesday 12 June 2019. 

The theme of the Summer Conference 2019 is “Delivering through partnerships”.   Delegates will have the opportunity to reflect on global developments on open access and restraining the cost of content, and the role that libraries are playing in driving change internationally. We will also explore how libraries are delivering on their missions to enhance the student experience and deliver research excellence through partnerships within and beyond the institution as traditional barriers between the library and institution break down. We will look at the implications of these changes for the development of the library workforce.
