The SCONUL Board has made a formal response to the Higher Education Green Paper, 'Fulfilling our potential: teaching excellence, social mobility and student choice'. Our response focuses on the essential role libraries and librarians have in the academic enterprise of all successful higher education institutions, particularly with regard to the delivery and evaluation of teaching and learning.
