SCONUL is partnering with BUFDG, as well as ARMA, AUDE, CHEIA, HESPA, UCISA and UHR to offer action learning to Senior Leaders (Assistant / Deputy Directors / Head of – or equivalent). Action Learning is a powerful development experience for leaders. It brings people together to exchange, support and challenge each other in action and learning (full details here).

There will be 1 full day in-person session and 4 x half -day online sessions, held at 5 week intervals across a 5 month period. Many sets continue to meet on a ‘self-managed’ basis after the initial series of sessions have finalised. It is critical that candidates commit to attending all the dates within the set.

You need to be able to attend all days in the set.  The first day of each set will be an in-person event in London (9.30am - 4pm), followed by 4 online events running from 9.30am-12.30pm.

• Set A (Tuesdays) - 3 October, 7 November, 12 December, 16 January 2024 and 20 Feb
• Set B (Thursdays) - 5 October, 9 November, 14 December, 18 January 2024 and 22 Feb

The rate will be £500 (plus VAT) per candidate for the full set of 5 sessions.
