Congratulations to the five SCONUL institutions with over 95% of students agreeing that their library resources and services meet their needs:

• St Mary's University College, Belfast (99%)
• Royal College of Music (98%)
• University of Oxford (97%)
• Leeds College of Art (96%)
• University of Cambridge (96%)

The 2016 results showed that sector-wide, 87% of students agreed with NSS question 16 on library resources. This is the same sector-wide result as last year, which then marked a year-on-year increase in student satisfaction with library resources since 2010. The results for the library question for all survey participants back to 2008 are available for members here.
