SCONUL is seeking a consultant to carry out a research project to develop an approach to gathering baseline statistics on ethnic diversity across our workforce, as part of our work supporting members in their aim of fostering ethnic diversity within their libraries.  SCONUL has been collecting and publishing statistics from university libraries for more than 30 years, providing a rich source of information for members to draw on for identifying trends and benchmarking against other institutions.
