This event will review recent and planned developments in the ILL landscape and current and potential use cases for ILL. It will also consider the scope for open and community driven models for ILL alongside the development of private sector initiatives in the medium to long-term. Panel members will speak briefly on this issues before opening up to a wider discussion with participants.

 

This event will look at:

  • Current developments in the ILL space
  • Opportunities from new technologies and use cases for ILL medium and long-term such as, enabling resource sharing and supporting content negotiations
  • Maximising the benefits from existing holdings data
  • Exploring new ILL models including open source and community driven models.
