Metadata & Discovery Senior Library Assistant: The role involves creating and maintaining metadata for all library content, cataloguing and classifying materials, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of records. The role requires communication with users and colleagues, handling complex requests, and competence in using Library and external IT systems. The successful candidate will have prior administrative experience, knowledge of library or publisher IT systems, and the ability to analyse data. They will also need to be able to work independently, contribute to team efficiency, and demonstrate digital expertise. The role may require occasional work outside normal working hours and at different campus locations.
