Quality & Planning Co-ordinator

The Quality & Planning Co-ordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating planning, quality, and assurance activities within the library. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations & Projects and as part of the Business Operations team, this will include developing strategies and operational plans to provide high-level expertise and advice to the library leadership team in activities under compliance & reporting, business data, process improvement and continuous improvement. The position will champion a culture of innovation and service improvement, supporting effective business processes across the Library.
