Summary

The Head of Learning and Digital Development at Goldsmiths, University of London is a leadership role responsible for the delivery of the Library’s academic, digital and study skills provision. The role includes co-managing the Academic Enrichment and Skills Development Team, designing and implementing training programmes, and ensuring that students, staff, and researchers are equipped with necessary academic and digital competencies. The individual will work collaboratively with academic and professional services teams to align initiatives with teaching, learning, and research priorities.

Main duties include leading the Academic Enrichment and Skills Development team, planning and developing the Library’s academic and digital skills, integrating these skills into the curriculum, and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves change management, development of key performance indicators, contributing to the strategic digital skills partnership with Adobe, and representing the Library at university meetings and committees.
