University of Dundee

If you have your authorisation email from your home institution, please apply online for membership ahead of visiting University of Dundee Main Library.   

Membership applications are processed Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding the Christmas and New Year period). You will receive a further email if additional information is required.

Once processed, your membership will be active the next day and a card will be ready for collection from the Main Library. Please bring proof of identity to collect your card. Alternatively, your membership card can be posted out to your home address.  

Note: not all membership categories convey borrowing rights. Use of IT or print facilities are restricted to current University of Dundee students and staff only.
