Head of Library Content and Experience
The Head of Library Content and Experience will be responsible for managing Library Services related to content and library experience. The role includes planning, development, leadership, and delivery of high-quality, efficient, professional services. The successful candidate will lead and motivate teams, develop strategies for library services, ensure effective service delivery, and use digital innovations to support students. They will also manage budgets, lead projects related to Library and Digital Education, provide expert advice, and represent the University on external committees. Essential qualifications include a postgraduate degree in library and information science or equivalent experience, significant experience in providing professional library services, a track record of innovation, and excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. A commitment to the University's Equality and Diversity policy is also required.
