Digital Scholarship Senior Administrator: This role involves providing comprehensive support for digital scholarship services, such as copyright application to digitization or digital format shift, and ensuring the accessibility and sustainability of digital content for both internal and external users. Key responsibilities include applying a good working knowledge of library and university systems to answer queries, sourcing and exchanging information, contributing to system development, and supervising standard activities. The ideal candidate must have previous work experience in administrative or secretarial support, the skill level equivalent to NVQ2, GCSE or City and Guilds, and a good knowledge of digital systems. They should also be able to effectively organise work, solve problems independently, and contribute to team efficiency. Occasional requirements to work outside normal working hours may be required.
