Conservator

The Conservator is the lead expert in conservation work, particularly in paper conservation, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining expertise in sector best practices and new innovations. The role involves disaster recovery planning and environmental monitoring, as well as contributing to exhibition programs. The candidate will also be responsible for managing staff and resources. The ideal candidate must have a degree or equivalent qualification, proven experience in planning and progressing work activities, and have an understanding of how the provided services support the university's objectives. The role may require work outside of normal working hours and at various campus locations.
