Head of Curriculum Engagement

This job description is for the role of Head of Curriculum Engagement at the University of Southampton. The role involves leading the library's contribution to curricula and co-curricular development, focusing on digital/information literacy and related pedagogy. The goal is to provide a high-quality learning environment and create a distinctive learning experience for students. The role also involves leading library contributions to university-wide initiatives and projects, managing direct reports, and being the main point of strategic contact for a Faculty. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Library Information Management or equivalent qualifications or experience, proven experience in managing outcomes in a specialist field, and project and/or people management skills. The role is office-based and may occasionally require working outside of normal working hours or at various campus locations.
