Scholarly Communications Librarian

The Scholarly Communications Librarian will provide leadership and expertise in the rapidly evolving landscape of scholarly publishing and Open Research at University College Cork (UCC). Reporting to the Head of Research Services, the post holder will contribute to the strategic development and lead the operational management and promotion of UCC Library’s Scholarly Communications services, including IReL Open Access agreements, the institutional repository (CORA), and institutional publishing initiatives (UCC Journals).
This role requires strong management, advocacy, and collaborative skills to ensure UCC researchers are supported in their publishing efforts and are compliant with funder and institutional policies.
