Acquisitions and Subscriptions Manager

The role involves managing content effectively, enhancing the discoverability of digital and physical content, managing the information resources budget, and leading a team of Assistant Librarians. The role also includes providing strategic direction, managing and evaluating information resources in all formats, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate should hold a first degree or equivalent, have library or publishing acquisitions experience, have good problem-solving and analytical skills, and be computer literate. The role does not require a DBS check. The manager will also be responsible for representing Library Services in relevant committees and working groups.
