Summary

The Archivist & Collections Curator will manage and preserve the university's physical, digitized, and born-digital archives and manuscripts. They are also responsible for handling rare books and special collections, providing collection-based teaching, managing access to collections, and conducting outreach activities. The role reports to the Head of Cultural Services. The Curator will additionally supervise student volunteers, occasional internships, and provide training to other library staff. The successful candidate for the curator role should have a first degree in an academic discipline, a postgraduate qualification in archives and records management, and demonstrable commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
