The SCONUL Organisational Development CIG will be running an online Zoom event on Thursday 10th March 10:30-12:00.  
 

In our first meeting the group examined topics such as hybrid working, staff returning to the workplace and how to attract new and diverse talent. In this meeting we will address some of these challenges in more detail.  We will consider the impact to the organisation, how different organisations approach the challenges and how the group can provide support in tackling them.  There will be an opportunity for attendees to meet in small breakout groups, to share experience and to feed back to colleagues in this friendly, informal environment. 
 
Programme:  

1. Welcome and introductions. 
2. Review of priorities identified in meeting one. 
3. Breakout groups.  
   Small breakout groups will provide an opportunity to discuss the Group’s priorities in more detail and to share experience with colleagues. We will discuss the challenges identified, how they impact your organization and what action needs to be taken. We will also consider how the OD CIG and Sconul OD Group can provide support. 
4. Feedback from breakout groups. 
5. Future events and how you can get involved. 
6. Close
