Library Assistant (Customer Support)

This role supports the efficient operation of the University Library by providing excellent customer service, assisting with the organisation and maintenance of Library resources, and facilitating access to information for students, staff and external visitors. The post holder plays an active role in responding to customer enquiries and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment, and enables the effective delivery of Library Services by working flexibly to support the work of other Library teams at times of high demand. This role is a full-time, permanent position.
